Well, depends because even prostitution is dangerous, she could die doing that job as well. In real life, they face dangerous and life threatening situations too. Like, being r@ped then brutally murdered in all kinds of fcked up ways (that'd make others question if it was some kind of devil or not). All the documentaries exposing daily life of a prostitute is so depressing, especially if you're unlucky enough to end up getting a client who happens to be a psychotic serial killer, going on a killing spree, butchering prostitutes by dozens smh!! It might not be as horrible as Public Safety fighting devils, but the risks could be better as PS if you're not fighting devils everyday aha.

No, those were her only choices. She won't be forced to sell herself. She'd just work elsewhere. Public Safety just happens to pay well because it's a risky and government job.

I mean, it´s not like it is even remotely true she only had those two choices. Those two choices are only a thing as long as she lets her family to control her life. All she needs to do is tell her fam to go fuck themselfs and she is free to do any other jobs. (Of course, that´s probably easier said than done, but it it still a valid option.)
